Anyone wanting to experience life like a local in Steamboat Springs needs to come check out our dual level, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home, Red Hawk by Vacation Rental Co. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near Steamboats ski resort, a very family-oriented neighborhood. In the winter, guests are only minutes from the slopes & right on the free bus route. During summer, guests can ride their mountain, road or gravel bikes from the home to miles of nationally acclaimed gravel/paved roads & epic mountain bike trails. If guests are in Steamboat to work and play, each bedroom in this house has a dedicated workspace with an office chair. In addition, the internet speed averages around 400mbps so is great for video conferencing and gaming. Since Steamboat boasts the title of ‘Dog Town USA’, we’ve obliged by allowing dogs to stay also. We could go on and on about the amenities of this home but instead want guests to come experience it for themselves. -- Trails: Steamboat Core Trail, a paved trail for walking/biking, is walking distance from the home and will take guests along the Yampa River and eventually into Downtown Steamboat. Steamboat Resort Downhill and Cross Country Bike Trails are only a little over a mile bike ride from the home.

– Accessing the Property – A few stairs from the driveway to the front door. 3 stairs from the garage to the ground level. A full flight of stairs from the ground level to the upper level with all the bedrooms.
– Parking – 2 car garage for cars and ski/bike/general outdoor gear. Large driveway. Please call about trailers prior to booking so we can make sure they’ll fit in the driveway.
– Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions
