Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.

A $2500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Please note -- We know accidents may happen. We charge a required non-refundable fee, for all bookings of 29 nights or less, to cover any small damages and wear and tear that may have occurred during your stay. Damages caused by gross negligence or violation of the house rules are not covered by this fee. This fee will be charged through our Guest Experience software Enso Connect. You'll receive a text message and an email with your link where you can enter your details to confirm your booking
