This ground-level, single-level unit features updated furnishings, a sleeper sofa, private washer and dryer, and Smart TVs in every room.

Accessing the Property – 1 full flight of stairs down
Parking – 1 car garage, 1 car behind it, Overflow parking. Garage is a very tight fit so large vehicles should plan on parking in overflow area
Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $2500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Sharing our knowledge on the local biking areas, the best ski runs, our favorite restaurants and secret spots to avoid the crowds is what we are here for.
