Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $1500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.
Minimum age to book is 25. All guests must be above 25 unless they are children of the booking party.
