Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions. The condo is off of a major road, that is plowed regularly, but still, winter driving conditions exist.

Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $3500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Our vision is for our guests to get to live like a local, whether it's for a few day vacation or a multiple months stay. Facilitating that experience is what we do best. Sharing our knowledge on the local biking areas, the best ski runs, our favorite restaurants and secret spots to avoid the crowds is what we are here for
