Located in the popular Ski Time Square area, you’re just a 1–2 minute walk from the base area of Steamboat Ski Resort - making it very easy to get in and out during the ski season. Skiing, snowboarding, restaurants, après-ski, shopping, biking, and year-round events are right outside your door. After a day on the slopes, mountain bike trails, or pickleball courts, relax in the community hot tub before returning to your mountain retreat.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Accessing the Property – The condo is on the 3rd floor and there are elevators that access all floors. There are also flights of stairs.
Parking – Parking is extremely limited at Ski Time Square. You will have 1 parking permit. Additional paid parking is available just a short walk from the condo.
Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .

Minimum age to book: 25. All guests must be above 25 unless they are children of the booking party.
Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $2500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Sharing our knowledge on the local biking areas, the best ski runs, our favorite restaurants and secret spots to avoid the crowds is what we are here for.
