Welcome to Ski Inn Retreat, a fully renovated top floor, two-bedroom, two-bathroom ski-in/ski-out condo offering upscale comfort in one of Steamboat’s most affordable slopeside complexes. High-end finishes and thoughtful extras, including multiple USB charging ports, air-conditioning units in the summer, brand new appliances, and a dedicated workspace with a monitor, make this an elevated mountain escape.

Planning a longer escape? Discounted monthly stays are available during summer and the off-season, allowing qualifying guests to avoid short-term rental taxes, settle in like a local, and experience more of Steamboat for less.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Accessing the Property – There is 1 flight of stairs from the parking lot to the front door of the building. Then 2 more flights of stairs to get up to the 3rd floor. No elevator
Parking – 1 parking spot per reservation. Parking pass required. There is some overflow parking but it’s not regularly available in the winter. In the summer additional vehicles are easier to accommodate
Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions .

Minimum age to book: 25. All guests must be above 25 unless they are children of the booking party.
Cancellation policies for 30+ night rentals are custom per booking depending on length of stay.
A $2500 security deposit, midstay cleans, and a long term rental agreement are required for 30+ night stays. The number of midstay cleans is dependent on the length of stay. Approval required before booking. Please reach out prior to booking with any questions.

Our vision is for our guests to get to live like a local, whether it's for a few day vacation or a multiple months stay. Facilitating that experience is what we do best. Sharing our knowledge on the local biking areas, the best ski runs, our favorite restaurants and secret spots to avoid the crowds is what we are here for.
